Sounds like it needs a new steering angle sensor thingymabob.

Somewhere around £150 when i priced one for my old 182.I did the same as you and fitted an OMP wheel without ever thinking about what's in behind the horrible big standard one.

Great cars though,my brothers looking for his 3rd just now but you're a bit further than we want to travel unfortunately
