Default S2 master cylinder brake pipes

Hi all im in the middle of my zt build and need a bit of help with my Brake pipes. Basically im fitting a 25mm MC from a S2 into my mk3 escort iv removed all of my brake pipes so i can start totally fresh. The S2 MC only has 2 outlets, now i know im ment to run the pipes like this...

Front MC outlet - nearside front and off side rear (via a t)
Rear MC outlet - offside front and nearside rear (visa t)

But my confusion is the front outlet on the MC has a bigger bore size then ther rear, could this give me a brake imbalance due to the size difference?

Next question
Would it be ok to run the brake pipes so the front MC outlet goes to both front calipers and the rear MC outlet goes to both rear calipers? As i plan to fit an inline adjustable bias valve this way i won't need 2 valves!

Cheers rob
