Default track rod end
Hi All
Hope someone can answer this one I have a track rod end severely worn and I am in the process of changing it, I released the lock nut 1/4 turn, counted the amount of turns (20) to remove the old track rod end , on placing the new one I counted 20 turns but it is 2 turns short of the lock nut, Is this in the correct position and do I tighten the lock nut to the new one, I will get the tracking done but not for another month when back in UK any advice please
