I'm new to the forum and wanted to say hi!

I have a 2002 st170 with all the extras, the only issue I have is that the drivers side heated seat does not work. I thought it might be the seat pad but now I'm not sure as the electric height adjustment doesn't work either.

Has anyone else had this problem?
