There is a breather hose that runs from under the iscv round to under the coil pack area that are well known to splitting on the bend on inside, my old focus did this and cured my running problems, genuine ford hose was about £12 iirc Could only see split when squeezed the hose, couldn't spot it before so obviously opening up when hot
