Wouldn't go there on a road car.
Will need to be tricky with offsets, and I imagine would need coil-overs to work?
Will definitely need to run silly lo-profile tires which is where folk tend to comment on the ride quality.
Will definitely need to trim arches unless running narrow tires.
I sold my 18's but even 8x17's with 225's (et33) my arches and bodykit have taken a lot of work.
Again, depending on tire width you might find running comp struts, adj TCA's (and/or) top mounts helpful in getting clearance up front; not just for arches, but also tire clearance behind your front bumper.
