Not massively cheap mind you, for over 250bhp I would buy the race/rally (60-5077) cover and use the road friction plate. They give conservative torque ratings also, I think the AP kit is rated at 200ft.lbs (from memory) and people use the -8 and -35 kits at well over 250ft.lbs. Either helix or AP will be fine for you.

My next clutch will probably be a standard ford cover with AP friction plate if I stick under 240ft.lbs for a nice light pedal... but certainly not a paddle.
