I've been on two of the speed awareness courses and all they drum into you is speed kills. now where this may be true they mislead u with the stats they give u on the course, according to a guy who "googled it" before he started our course, accident and deaths caused by speed was some tiny amount and when he voiced this at question time it caused a right old hoo hah and was borderline emabarrsing to watch as they seem to have realised they'd been rumbled. I know speeding is dangerous and the majority of us on the course we're a few mph over a 30 or 40 limit, fair enough its against the law but some of the stunts people get caught doing on the road where's there courses when they get convicted?
