A lot of the Chinese turbos got a very bad rep at the start.

Certainly in the US now, a lot of budget build guys love them and they seem to be very reliable.

With huge supply of cheap engines over there, loads of them are doing insane budget builds and going very very fast !
Cheap engine, cheap turbos, loads of fun.

If something breaks, everything is so cheap it's no big deal to just replace rather than repair.
