in the past refusing/handing back as not fit for purpose the car had to have the same fault 3 times within the first year, that was a brand new car from the main dealer though.
is it law for the 3 month warranty? ive been told its a myth and no warranty has to be offered and the car my ex wife just bought only came with a 30 day warranty?
