The HRW on my Escort estate is missing the blade connector from the glass on the power-side. I can see where the two connections were glued (?) on but the actual connector was missing when I bought the car (not the sort of thing you would think to check) and the previous owner had even pulled the power lead down into the tailgate so it wasn't obviously dangling.

I can see that it's possible to buy conductive glue so I guess I'm asking if anyone has any ideas or can supply the little connector bit.
