I would use a ap 6 paddle with a helix cover the organic clutch wont survive long with traction and above 400lb . Ap and Alcon have have changed the rating of there pressure plates and there only 340lb so the helix pressure plate is rated to 480lb

As for the hydrolic clutch yes they make it easier but the peddle feel is beyond crap
