With an unladen weight of 1800kgs, they are no lightweight, nor a sports car, and new they are half the price of cars you are trying to compare them to.
Other than them all being cars with wheels and engines, there just is no sensible comparison. Totally different markets. And as the Monaro is a relatively cheap car, if something goes wrong it will be a much cheaper fix than the German machines.
M3 has 414 hp and the C63 has 450hp so not exactly miles apart are they.. I guess i need to tell all the people i know that tune them up to crazy power and race them that they are using the wrong car to do so as its not a sports car or in your mind a perfomance car.
Price is neither here or there for me in this comparison.. As Top range Hsv here will coat you over £55k thats the same money as a new M3 etc i know thats not relevant to this particualr car, but they are not that far away that you cant compare the Holdens to thr german cars etc
