Saph over a FRS any day for me, however the focus is newer and will be, or should be reliable and easier to get bits for if that's a consideration you're at all fussed about. Also for example, less chance a 7k focus vs. a 7k saph would be a shitter, simply because cossies are older, depends what your budget is.
