Ok thanks James. But with this new key the chip is mounted a bit more to the upperside (if you know what I mean) and therefor it sits a little bit higher up the ECU. About 2mm. So the cover hits the chip when trying to fit it back on the ECU.



Doesnt this damage the chip or any other component due to mechanical stress?

The board inside is already modified and cant go any lower.
