Lifting a baby in a baby carrier into and out of the back of a 3dr car is one of the main reasons new mothers/fathers get back problems, beware.
If you have the choice the answer is plain..........
Even as they get older, you don't want to be having to get out to let kids out... That's the reason I have a 5dr focus ST and not a focus RS as my everyday car.
Common sense.
