Default ST TDCi Turbo issues

Ok folks headscratching time. I bought my Mondeo st tdci back in January from a dealer ( well almost-Arnold clark) . it always had hesitation issues as it came on boost, after months of fighting they finally replaced the egr valve, cars better but far from right, now been informed it needs a new turbo, yet it had one last july from ford ( receipt in glovebox for a grand). now they are looking back its history and it`s had 3 turbos in as many years and now this will be it`s 4th.

Anyone else seen this issue and found a cure I can throw at them? cannot be low oil pressure or it would have killed the engine, doubtfull of split pipes/intercooler as it boosts cleanly once you unplug the egr valve .

I`m thinking possible injector issue causing an excess of soot or similar type problem that's fouling the turbo and failing it somehow?

cars standard no k and n filters, fancy exhausts or remaps.

at a loss here as I do like the car but now want to throw it straight back at them and demand a refund.
