i thought the saff cossies were the only exception to the post '90 rule last year so if it hasn't changed then you should be fine. to run up the strip you can pay on the day. you'll need to show both parts of your driving licence, arms and legs must be covered and if you're going to hit a 110+ mph terminal you'll need a crash helmet.
