A GOOD standard YB, a quality T38 and a set of decent injectors and strong head gasket will often yield up around the 450 mark.
The most I have seen on the dyno live mapping a T38 was 463 at 2.3bar but I suspect that was higher than standard compression as it also made unusually good low end power.
