Im on the hunt for a pectel board for a p8, does anyone know where is going to be the best place to get one from preferably with anti lag?

Also how much dammage does anti lag actually do turbo wise? Obviously super heating the turbo but does it masivley shorten its life when used every now and again for minutes? & does it add wear onto any engine components?
