I don't fancy spending nearly £500 modding the box, I would get the grinder out on the tunnel first.

Rod did you just move the whole consol forward 34mm? Did you need to open the hole up in the tunnel and then re fix for the gaiter surround? I guess you needed to trim the front a little when you moved it then just make some brackets to refix it?
