onto the last corner now.
not a pretty site, F**King bodging scum, cant believe what they have done. The sill is in better shape than other side with only 1 plate being welded at rear where they rot, inner sill is mashed worse though, it looks like someone as tried to jack the car up and it as collapsed.




if you look at 1st pic with underseal. That is just filler under there, so I chiselled that off to find the holes.That is going to be fun to make it look right. I think what il do is weld a plate to the underside with a 15mm lip then put a plate down the side with holes in to plug weld to the lip on other plate. That plate can be then fully welded.
