Had Spax on my last ERST. Thought it was ok but it didn't let you know before it let go, had a few scares.
Boge dampers with 30mm lowered springs (can't remember from where) on my current car handled well, wasn't to crashy and they lasted well.
Bought some supposedly as new Konis which should have been just scrapped so can't comment.
Have new Gaz top adjustables on the car now but never driven it so don't know what they are like.
Certainly way more solidly built than the Konis but the top adjusters worry me as the amount of torque needed to adjust them makes me think they would be easy to break so just left them all on the softest setting and hoping for the best.
Hoping they are decent as they certainly look the part.
