13 row should be ok for road car,i brought one of these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FORD-ESCOR...item1c4e50da13.
As for location some where that allows good air flow to pass through the cooler,mines behind the bumper with cut out's in the bumper........mines only being used as a track car.
