Don't know about the wiring side of things, but, once you get all the screws, nuts etc holding it together, from memory of doing mine years ago, gently prise the circuit board plastic off the contacts and you reveal the screws holding the dials to the instrument panel. This is going back to when I put white dials in my RST, so shows how long ago that was!?
