I wouldn't use the B&Q bolt as it will be low grade. You'll want at least an 8.8 high tensile bolt, preferably a 10.9. You can get them from a local Engineering fastener company.
I think best bet is tell her tough and i will get the proper nut and bolt from Fords.
What about tourque settings, at the moment ive done the bolts up 'sensibly tight' lol
