Got the same thing on mine, spent a while aligning and torquing the downpipe flange bolts evenly. Then I hit a speedbump a bit too quickly and the exhaust sounds like a kettle when you rev under no load

Have you checked and made sure both faces are clean and not bent or excessively worn?
