Thanks for the replies people I think from.memory it is 1/2" bsp aswell will double check so a threaded bung with some.thread sealer would be my best bet yes? Not the silicone based type..

Thanks very much for.the pics Jon! I think I may give this a go of cutting and bending the mount, il check it fits then get some gussets welded in to strengthen it up as they have to be nice and stiff! Will it not effect the effectiveness of it if the actuator doesn't sit horizontal to the turbo like normal? Ie they're normally mounted flat with the rod following the same path as the shaft would be inside the turbo.. Hope this makes sense! Lol
