I wouldn't say it was brave! It was only a little bit of pissing about but shouldn't have to do it. I wonder how many have fitted them without making sure the bearing rotates freely! I know my mate had the same issue with his.

They're both Radtec items but I'm not overly pleased with the radiator as the quality isn't as good as the intercooler
