Never had an FRST so you are very mistaken.
I'll stick with my experience of them feeling good in the warm dry weather only, wearing quickly and rubbish in all other circumstances with soft sidewalls.......much the same as others mention
As for patronising me with your length of driving, ive been driving for 20 years and regularly drive a stock hatch fiesta on track so I know a fair bit about what tyres are good on a fez thanks......each to their own but there is no cheap substitute to a decent tyre IMO
I think the initial patronising came from you pointing out out how excited I'd get by driving a car with 'Decent' tyres on, all I was doing was pointing out that I had driven many cars over the years, and your attempt at belittling my opinion was pretty pathetic.
You're obviously entitled to your opinion as am I, I'll happily continue to use TR1s tyres on my my ZT, with no complaints,
