To be fair the banning of group B had nothing to do with ford, I was watching a programme with Malcom Wilson talking and he said the RS200 had a fantastic potential, especially with all the suspension travel it had, said it was a future championship winning car if only they hadn't banned group B.
There was that RS200 that crashed killing a few spectators which didn't help the Group B cause!
Agree though, on paper, the Evo version of the RS200 was the most developed Group B car there was and would have been a winner.
