Ideally I want to get it back up to Gaz to have it painted as I'm not 100% happy with the bodywork but that's not a priority at the moment, I need to concentrate on just getting the thing built and running before I think about anything like that

Good luck with the door cards. I tried to retrim one of mine door cards. It was a fooking nightmare. Its impossible if retrimming them in vinyl. Its just hard to try and get the vinyl to go round the arm rest.
