I'm new here and i wanted to share with you my mods. I have fitted on my 2002 1.6 Zetec-SE the inlet manifold from the 1.7 Zetec-SE (*puma donor car) and 1.8 Zetec-E throttle body.
My question is as follows:

Do i have to re-map the PCM for some extra power ? Because i don't feel i gained any torque or power after the changes.

I tested the acceleration and i have the following figures:
best 0-60 miles/h 9.5 s
best 0-100 km/h 10.2 s
80-120 km/h in third 7.4 s
1/4 mile 17.3 s
I don't know what are the standard numbers.. I looked it up and i found multiple figures for 0-100 km/h - 10.7, 11, 11.2 seconds, etc
Did anyone here tried other mods for 1.6 zetec-se ?
