i used a pace fiesta turbo alloy rad with modified bottom pipe to meet the fiesta zetec hose
this was mounted tight up to the slam panel the i used a pro alloy large front mount intercooler which was mounted low down so you had good air flow to at least about 35% of the rad and i also used a 12 inch kenlowe fan kit slimline and mounted it between the intercooler and rad. worked a treat never overheated and if i gave it a good thrashing or was stuck in traffic i could simple adjust the fan controller to come in at a lower temp
most cars ive ever seen overheating are not on track its when they are stuck in traffic when no air is being force in to the rad.
