I got my mate to bead blast all my pulleys at work. Then I use hammerite smooth spray paint . It's a lovely finish looks like powder coat and lasts well. It's a really runny paint out I put light coats on everynigjt for a week and they came out perfect !
Yeah I did this when I replaced my rear beam, painted in in hammerite black smooth and it looked just like it was powder coated. That was like 5 years ago and it still looks good
