I'm far from impressed with the RSOC scheme at this point, to date they've been fucking useless. Took over a month to get back to me following the assessors visit, now trying to tell me it needs 'a chemical wash' after the assessor saw it and immediately said 'full respray and new glass'. So it's still sat in my garage going rusty. :0(
