Thought I'd share this as I'm very impressed for the money!
Bought a heated seat kit from ebay, 5 heat settings, two heat pads that can be cut to size depending on your seat's, wiring harness, basically a complete kit for £39.99 delivered.
I fitted it to a little Min Cooper but the principle is the same for RST seats (and most others).
It only needs a 10 Amp supply but I used the lighter socket harness as it was easy to piggy back onto.
The heat pads come with adhesive strips that you just peel off and then stick to the foam part of your seats.

Gets hot very fast and setting 4 is pretty hot, 5 is almost too hot!

Just thought it might be of interest on here as RST seats come apart really easily and this time of year heated seats are awesome!
