I think they are as follows but check with ford parts to confirm!

Outer trailing arm:
Bolt 6145599
Nut 1629583
Washer 6144431

Inner trailing arm:
Bolt 1644068
Nut 6078595
Washer? Can't find this but probably the same as the outer arm.
