If it's road legal tyres you need, stick with something like the Federal RSR, Yoko AD08R etc. At least they have a full tread that will remain legal for some time.

Kumho's V70 have minimal tread and certainly any I've used, last no length of time at all before they are illegal.

Or even the Nankang RS2 thingies get decent reviews for tracks and they're cheap. Although it seems they are still fairly hard compounds compared to others.
