BHP have given me the run round on the eBay regarding a refund for the 2 fake 044 they sold me last yr.

Returned 2 pumps as requested which where signed for on 7th Jan, sent several emails about refund but refund never materialized. They have been quick enough to get my negativative feedback about fake items removed and yet still no refund.

Finally got through to customer services in the Philippines today who have started the PayPal refund process on my behalf.

No acknowledgment, apology or help from BHP that they pumps they were selling were Chinese knock offs
