He offered to cover your paypal fees and make a normal paypal payment and you didn't want to do it. You said something about being scammed on a set of Fiesta RS Turbo side mouldings before because the buyer said he'd never received them. I advised him against paying as a gift because he would have no comeback if you decided not to send the headlamp covers.
