Hi, i just took off the turbo off my fiesta it has an 1.8 turbo diesel engine, the turbo had the arm that connects to the actuator jammed. I loosened it and fixed the leaky exhaust. After I installed everything the turbo is not boosting and the turbo is not heard spinning, it is working like a tractor from the 60's, i tried removing the actuator arm and tied the arm backwards again but still no sound of it spooling or any signs of boost.

any ideas?
