Default Clearance

Hi all, I a m currently rebuilding my YB engine. and have been told that 3thou piston to bore clearance is what I am looking for this I have been told is also true of main bearings along with big end bearings.
Can anyone one confirm this to be correct?
We all know what the manual states and I have been told that @ 9psi standard boost/heat levels this would be correct yet if you were to run a modest 20psi the goalposts do change.
I know how engines work, and require nothing more than an expert engine builder's confirmation on what is stated above, is this a loose setup? at 20psi ? I am currently running a .48 housing running a GT2871R so I will probably have to change the turbo to a GT2860RS so I don't out run the 803 injector period.

Please don't educate me on anything other than I have asked, Bla , Bla Bla. I do not intend on running more than 300bhp don't want longstuding , don't want a metal gasket that requires me to cut my block and head in half.

Thanks very much.

Tim.
