Hi all, I'm posting this thread hoping that some of you "been there done that" can help me out and give me a heads up on what's involved before I make a start.
I have Honda cbr 600 bike carbs recommend by Bogg bros who are also fabricating the manifold, stripping and re-jetting the carbs for me to put in my 1.4 cvh carb.

As far I know, I need to use the fuel pump from the bike that the carbs came off, throttle cable and choke cable (my Orion already has a manual choke if I'm able to use that one?). As for fitting them, I'm just gonna try to figure it out as I go. So I'm looking for as much info as possible on how I go about fitting them before I make a start and some pictures would be great. I'll update as I go. If I was to use a solder less nipple on the current throttle cable, would that work or do I need to fit a whole new cable?
