Last 2wd had a splash of that green paint on the rocker cover to denote an update, but that was all… just a brush 'dab' and not the whole rocker I'm afraid. But as the rockers are easily changed who know what's underneath?

Easy check, has the head got the section that holds the turbo damper on it... as that would be a good sign.

The 4wd water pump is quite different too - the 2wd is a simple single pipe whilst the 4wd has two.
