Hi, the arm that you pull from the top of the grill has snapped. The bonnet was working fine and pops up easily still. I've bought the replacement arm but I'm struggling to release the bonnet, I've tried the coathanger thing but the space where the arm comes through the plastic is small and cant seem to hook what I'm looking for. Does anyone have any ideas?
