Agreed! Think I am getting to that stage in the next 5 years or so. I look at a lot of nicer marques and think they are amazing cars, but at the end of the day that's just a big pile of money sitting there, not including the running costs and annoying maintenance hassle that goes along with it!
I tend to stick with cheap cars really for that reason, never could justify 40-50k on a car.
