I do love a mk3/4 rwd escort. The most popular convertion consists of sierra running gear. Some people make the sierra floor and turrets fit the escort body, some modify the standard escort floor and turrets to except the running gear. Either way it's a lot of work but I'm sure it's well worth it plus you can fit whatever engine you want... 600bhp Volvo 5 cylinder turbo should do nicely
