Sorry, but I didn't call you a liar in any way shape or form. All I've said is I don't remember the handbrake disengaging when I've tried to pull away in a car with an electronic handbrake. The fact that I've not worn a seatbelt whilst doing this is probably the reason why. And as far as I remember when I have moved one (not wearing a seatbelt) you need your foot on the brake in order to disengage the electronic handbrake.
