I stupidly volunteered to help my sister and brother in law out with taking down a small building they have at the top of their garden.

I had a quick look at the weekend and it looks like it may be asbestos! How can I tell for sure and what do I have to do? It's pretty nasty stuff isn't it. I dont want to do anything withouf finding out as i wouldnt want to put my nephew at risk in any way.
